Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Case Planet at support@caseplanet.in or +91 9156997962.

Before dispatch

Cancellation requests received before dispatch can generally be processed, subject to order status.

After dispatch

You may still contact us after dispatch to request cancellation. If the shipment has already progressed beyond the stage where cancellation can be processed, the order may continue through delivery and the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

COD orders and refused delivery

If a COD order is refused at delivery, the shipment may be returned to Case Planet as an RTO (Return to Origin). No separate RTO shipping charge is currently charged to the customer.
