Case Planet ships across India. Prepaid orders have free shipping. COD orders have a ₹99 shipping/COD charge.

Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 working days after dispatch. Timelines can vary by destination, courier capacity, weather, holidays and other circumstances.

Tracking

Tracking information may be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Delivery attempts

The delivery partner may make up to 3 reattempts if you are unavailable, subject to its operational process.

Lost prepaid shipments

If a prepaid shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, Case Planet will process a refund for the prepaid order as applicable.
