Case Planet provides a 6-month warranty for eligible products from the date of delivery.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing defects.
Defects in the spinner mechanism.
Wrong product supplied by Case Planet.

How to make a warranty claim

Raise a warranty request by emailing support@caseplanet.in or contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 9156997962. Please include your order details, photographs and a clear description of the issue. We may request additional photos or a video for verification.

Resolution

After verification, Case Planet may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable to the issue and available resolution.

This warranty is subject to applicable consumer rights and does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
