Case Planet accepts eligible return, replacement and refund requests within 7 days from delivery.

Eligibility

Request within 7 days of delivery.
Product unused and in original packaging.
Clear photos and/or an unboxing video may be required for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
Return pickup is available for eligible requests.
No separate return fee is charged for an approved eligible return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where supported. COD refunds may be made through UPI or bank transfer. Shipping charges are refundable for approved eligible refund cases.
